You should try to delete the castbridge.xml file as well. I can only test on Mac OSX yosemite and did not find any problem. Otherwise, go to /Users/<your username>/Library/Caches/Squeezebox/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/CastBridge/Bin and try to launch squeeze2cast-osx-multi in a command line window and see what happens LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
