Great plugin! The gaps in gapless music are annoying though, enough to condemn the Chromecast I have to a life in the garage at the moment!
With no fix on the horizon from Google https://code.google.com/p/google-cast-sdk/issues/detail?id=745 , I thought I might try and hack something together to achieve what I'm after. How difficult would it be to modify the output of squeezelite so that it's presented as a single continuous stream to the bridge for casting? I haven't looked at the source yet so thought I'd ask if the idea is reasonable before messing with it, or maybe you've tried this already?
