Michael,
I have checked log files and saw that download process ends with an
error, because LMS can't reach your site. I have checked with my browser
and www.herger.net is inaccessible from Turkey! I have tried with VPN
and your site is up and accessible that way, update done, everything's
normal.

Do you have any idea, why your site is closed to Turkey? I have checked
with several DNS servers to be sure, no access.
