Thanks for the help, but I don't think that it's related to DNS. It's same for a long time and did several restarts for all components. Everything seems normal and most importantly LMS gets new update version info; lists both new updates with the version numbers you gave.
Please check the server.log file for messages around the time when you tried to update & restart LMS.
