The "file not found" is probably BBC issue as sometimes all the
different formats for a "Listen Again" program are not ready at the
same time.

If WMA is OK then your rebufering problem is probably either due to
your server (e.g. underpowered or overloaded) or with your connection
between server and LAN (e.g. wireless connection getting overloaded).

I think BBC will only offer the 320k HQ audio in AAC format as it is
most efficient but I think HQ is limited to R3 and a few other special
cases (e.g. Proms, Christmas choir from King's college ?).  MOst other
streams for UK user will be 128k - an AAC 128k will be slightly better
quality than 128k WMA.  I think it has been suggested that 96k AAC is
equiv to 128k MP3.
