Ok, I suspect the issue is that the current Multi Library plugin won't
refresh the library contents until after the rescan has finished.
Previously it did it after the end of the standard SBS rescan but since
Custom Scan now is integrated in the main scanning process Multi Library
won't be executed until after Custom Scan has been finished.
I should probably make a similar change to the Multi Library plugin so
it triggers a library refresh after the standard SBS rescan but before
Custom Scan rescan also in this new solution.
