Hi Neil-

Can you please try setting your location to a known working location,
such as mine at 60614 and forcing a data refresh with the '+' button on
your remote control (it should update when changed but + refreshes a
bunch of other stuff just in case).  If 60614 works fine then there
must be something unique in your locations XML that I can look into.  

If it doesn't work it's most likely an installation issue.  Start by
checking what version is listed on the plugin page.  It should be the
latest.  Also, how was the plugin originally installed?  If you
installed it manually locally (without using a repository) and then
subsequently re-installed with the repository you might have the two
versions conflicting with each other.  In that case delete the one you
manually installed, restart, and you should be good to go.

If that doesn't work you can hunt down all the cached locations,
delete, and reinstall the plugin.
