Theme Time (plus a few others - e.g. some of the World Music on Radio 3, Broadcasting House on Radio 4) only have a link to the Flash encrypted MP3 stream .. not the Real Audio. For now I'm assuming that this is a mistake and teething problems at the BBC end.
