Most of the installations looks OK - and the fact that streams play - means that prtoblem is only with the menus.
The alienbbc.opml file is generated from the file Alien/Default/default.opml and other opml files in the Addons directory. The fact that the opml files from both Addons or Default makes me think the permissions or ownership on directories or files is the problem. Double check the permissions.
