I actually figured out where the "Power off"/"Pause" sequence is being generated and it has nothing to do with the client app. It happens when the "Power On Resume" option in the player Audio settings is set to either of the "Pause at Power Off" selections. While one would logically think this would result in a Pause followed by the Power Off, they actually are generated in the reverse order, which is where the confusion comes from. As this is a fairly common player setup option with serious consequences for plugin users, a new plugin version, v4.7.1, will be published in the next day or so to fix the problem, along with providing menu support for the Marantz "M-DAX" audio restorer modes.
