Out of curiosity, does your PC use "Modern Standby"? I have a Microsoft Surface device that does. In Modern Standby, the application does not know the computer has gone into standby mode (by design). On my Surface device, there is a momentary network glitch (Network Not Available) when the computer leaves standby mode. I have seen this foul up SLX on rare occasion and I had to restart SLX. One of these days, I'll get around to figuring it out, but it is impossible to replicate in my dev environment. There is probably an interface I can implement in order get notification from the OS what is going on and then react accordingly, at least that is what I am hoping. Anyway, this situation is specific to "Modern Standby" not regular sleep/hibernate, etc. Just wondering.
