Apparently my post was removed somehow so let's try again.
I am quite new to LMS and am trying to install the community firmware but my player is not seeing it. I am running LMS 8.3.0 - 66147463 and have installed the plugin and then went to the settings to to enable the plugin. I have changed player.firmware to debug but I do not see my player checking for an update. In LMS I have update checking enabled. Do I just need to wait longer? Is there a way to force it to check for updates? The button in LMS to check does not appear to trigger a check from the player. Maybe I can do it via ssh?
