Thanks, that's a "pro" tip - the logs in the web interface don't seem to work with the "all" debugging turned on and the bigger buffer setting. I have saved a .txt log from the Windows log file - buffer increased, gapless set to "no", server address in the extra command line, debugging set to "all" - first 2 tracks played with no skip/truncation - i stopped the player after the third track started, BUT the forum interface says it exceeds the attachment limit of 195Kb (it is 209 kb), so i could not attach it.
