There are no particular errors in BBC Sounds in your log, only successful retries. As @bpa say, functionally there should be no difference between your SB2 and SB3, they have the same insides, as I understand it. So I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to suggest. Presumably the problem lies in the connection between the SB2 and your server, but I can't explain why you only get the connectivity problem with BBC Sounds. If you move your SB2 into the same position as your SB3 do you get the same behaviour? Ps. you should not have "force http streaming" turned on, I suggest turning that off again..
