Another question: I have several podcasts in Spotify, but when I try to play some of the shows using Spotty on my Squeezebox Radio, doesn't matter which episode I try to play, I get messages like this: "Problem: Can't open file for: 2022-02-14 - Boba Fett: S1E6 - From the Desert Comes a Stranger".
Thanks for the details. I can confirm it doesn't play (and it wouldn't play with the upstream librespot either). I reported the issue to the librespot devs. Let's see what that gives.
