For streaming you can set it to MP3 320kbps CD 16b 44.1Khz Hires 24b up to 96Khz Hires 24b up to 196Khz Their cheapest plan gives access to music in all sample rates. What I see in the classical cataloque is that the majority is 24/96 or 24/88 material. It is not upsampled when you set the player to stream at 24/196.
