Correct. For certain reasons, I really needed to make the switch away from the CEF browser library to the Evergreen Webview2. And for me, Appx packaging and delivery via the Store has many advantages. For most users, it is safer and preferrable to get applications via the Store. Obviously, you are not "most users", I get that. I don't intend to continue to provide a traditional installer, but I can provide you an alternative. I can provide a zip file that you can put wherever you want and run it from there. You are on your own for dependencies, which are: -- WebView2 Evergreen (Required): https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/ -- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (required for squeezelite-win) You probably already have both, but I list just so you know. I'll put these zip files up on OneDrive, when I publish the next version within the next week.
