Fixed a bug where specifying the name of a player embedded in a PlayPlaylist or PLayFavorite would not work unless an assumed player was defined. As a positive side-effect of the fix, the concept now scales to the use of the -Fetch -intent for Spotty Playlists and Spotty Podcasts.
