Go to the Settings in LMS. Then select Advanced. Choose the Logging pull down. Scroll the list until you see the (plugin.denonavpcontrol) - DENON AVP/AVR Control. Change it's logging to Debug. At the top of the screen is a checkbox labeled Save logging settings for use at next application restart. Make sure that is selected. Then select Apply at the bottom of the page. Leave this page open as you will need it in a few moments. Now turn off the player. Then turn the player back on again. Wait a few moments for it to stabilize and set everything. Now go back to the Advanced > Logging webpage. At the top of the panel there is a URL next to: Logitech Media Server Log File. Select zip archive and then attach the file to a new post.
