To understand where the issue occurs:
- go to "settings/plugins/"
- at "Additional Repositories", add"
"https://www.nexus0.net/pub/sw/lmsplaylisteditor/repo.xml";
- hit "apply"
- you should now have a section "LMS Playlist Editor plugin"
- this section should have one entry titled "LMS Playlist Editor"
- enable this plugin
- hit "apply"
- restart LMS

Note you'll only see it if you have set the logging for
"plugin.extensions" to Info as described above
Also note that I don't even see any LMS access to the repo from the IP
range 89.238.15?.* (which is where the Safari request came from, and
also some Ipeng accesses on 05/Jul/2020, so I'm assuming your LMS server
is also in this network - which may or may not not be the case)
