I successfully installed the required Perl modules and then the
extGUI4LMS (v0.9.5), which shows up under the Active Plugins and is
accessible via WebUI>Extras.
When I go to install this plugin and enter

into the Additional Repositories & hit enter, nothing happens. It
doesn't show up in the list of inactive plugins.
