It was not the exact sync problem I thought, but related. In the AirPlay
protocol, the client is supposed to send a first audio *and* synchro
packet with a special bit set and this is use by the helper to know when
to start exactly. Airfoil and MacOS do not set the bit on the audio
packet but only on the sync packet. So the helper was stuck
