Even if you don't know the answer, at least I now know that it is not
just me. Yet it is interesting that no one else seems to have the same
problem - I found not so much as one post about this on the PCLInux
forums, nor did Google find any complaints. 

The torrent says there are no seeders or leechers because it can't find
the tracker. When it eventually finds the tracker and starts working it
shows a dozen or so seeders and a couple of leechers for each ISO. 

The really weird part is that it hangs sometimes for hours, and then
suddenly starts working. This makes no sense. Stuff should either work
or not work. 

I recall that last time I downloaded ISOs for PCLinux (whenever the
previous 2014.04 version was released) I had the same problem.
