Anuerin, Though not the solution you are looking for, an alternative is to use the updated note plugin plus the ODT plugin.
This exports the current dokuwiki page to an OpenOffice odt format which you can send to someone else. If the end user is using MS Office, then SUN has a free odt plugin so that MS Word can open the file.
