The site has serial numbers for some of the same models. How do you
know which one is the low power version (35 vs. 62 watt)? For example,
there are three different Sempron 3400+:

http://amdcompare.com/us-en/desktop/details.aspx?opn=SDA3400IAA3CN
http://amdcompare.com/us-en/desktop/details.aspx?opn=SDA3400IAA3CW

All are AM2 and 1.8 GHz, but SDD3400IAA3CN is 35W and the other two
are 62W. In most computer warehouse-type stores like PC Express, which
are cheapest, you only see the CPU when after you already paid. (I
also noticed that the 35W version is hotter than the 62W version.)
