When during the update "glibc" gets updated, it given a message that
one needs to restart computer for glibc to take effect. But URPMI or
RPM installer automatically restarts and asks permission to install more
packages.

What could be logically correct?

Denying further install of more packages and restarting computer?

Allowing further install and allowing depmod related to new kernel work
on old version of running glibc? and then restarting computer?

Something different?
