Hi Mayuresh, I had similar problem a year back, I copied the o/p of traceroute & dig and sent it to the ISP's customer care & in cc zone in-charge and the TRAI authorities (you'll get TRAI address from their website). It was problem of the router and local guys were not listening to it.
