iptables -L

man iptables to know what it lists.

Although IME, on easy-to-use distros such as redhat/fedora, suse, this 
approach may not help. Last time I had tough time getting a suse machine 
opened up despite all the iptables tweaking.

Stick to the distro. provided tools.
