> I want to know that wheather there is support in Linux for Pen drive.

Most latest kernels support USB pen drive. I tried Ubuntu a while ago,
and as soon as I connected the no-brand USB pen drive, there was a pop
up (just like windows) showing the contents of the drive.

Depending upon where you are buying it from, ask him if he'll take it
back/replace it, if it doesn't work with Linux. (There are 90% chances
that it will)

BTW, my personal experience with X-tech pen drive (purchased more than
2 yrs ago) is that various Linux flavours have recognized and work
with it. But at least two WinXP machines did not work with it (They
recognized it as solid state disk device, but couldn't load
appropriate drivers for it, hence no read-write from it)
