I dont think that will be a problem. But you should check out the
Hotplug and also the Devfs things first. If you are usint he 2.6 kernel
these are to be done. These memory drives are handled by i think a
generic driver. Best way to find out is to just plug in a Kanotix CD/
Knoppix CD and check out the drivers used. I think it comes
preconfigured with these things.
