I dont understand this. Now, I'm assuming that CLI==Command Line Interface (which essentially translates to the shell). If that is true, then whatever you do, whatever super processor and cutting edge optimizations you have, its not going to improve the CLI. Sure, the shell will run faster as a result of the entire OS being faster but thats about it. An analogy is 'My shell runs faster on a p4 than it does on a 486'. Of course it does.
