Most distributions comes with Qt bundled with them. I've seen it in RHL and Fedora. (well, I really do miss the recent info on this). You can get the source/bin packages from www.trolltech.com, anyway.

Dear Pluggies,
Please give me the information about following point
1) How can I learn the QT.
There's nothing like the online Documentation. Fire up linux:~> assistant which is the standard Qt documentation assistant
2) Where I get the sample code.Once Qt installed, you go to $QTDIR like
linux:~> cd $QTDIR
and checkout the docs directory to dive into the Qt sea. There are a lot of good examples and a very good tutorials.
There are some many books available, but nothing can reaplace the online documentation. Google!3) Is there book available.
