I have a modem connection to net, and I want to keep the local h/w time accurate. So, I have installed the ntpd daemon.
ntpd tries to connect to the time server at startup and then quits on error saying could not resolve host server. Basically I want the time to get synchronised after connecting to internet through dial up. How do I do that? I have googled a bit, but I couldn't find info.
