OK, touche! I take it back. Maybe "explosion" was not an accurate
choice of wording 8-P

But let me give you one statistical sample; Me. When I had 33.6 dialup
my Linux / Free software "usage" was very low. Once I got 4 mbps
broadband (as it was back in 2001 in the US) my usage *did* explode. I
was downloading all the latest distros and patches almost everyday.
Alright it might not "explode" around the general population or even
just the general population of people with broadband. But it will
definitely "accelerate" all over the country. OK "accelerate" is a
better word!
