Hi, Although this bud is expired, I had a Mantic LXD container so I followed all the steps that Sergio did and also did the upgrade to Noble as Magnus did (using do-release-upgrade)... The upgrade went OK and I cannot reproduce the error either:

This looks like a local configuration issue rather than a bug in the software itself, plus Ubuntu 23.10 (mantic) reached end-of-life on July 11, 2024, and we no longer support it.
