Firstly, apologies for not testing this fully before uploading the most recent version :/ This appears this is a toolchain bug. Simply recompiling the latest version of jackd2 with gcc-6_6.2.0-6 (the version the -3 revision was compiled with) makes it work again. The toolchain bug will probably need reducing before anyone can look at it however. Thanks, James
