I added Flowblade - I sure hope my edit didn't mess up with your later commit, Allesio (your lock had expired when I did it). Great text! One detail that I find relevant for us to mention is that recent Calf no longer provide LADSPA plugins. That is not a "dropped package" nor is it a "broken functionality". Main reason I find it important for us to mention is that MLT is poorly documented, and upstream web pages lists Calf plugins as possible filters, which easily causes confusion (it did for me, several times!).
