"dpkg-reconfigure clamav-base" still gives a lot of options.

This is definitely not intended and it doesn't happen for me. Here
'dpkg-reconfigure clamav-base' doesn't show any option after the upgrade.
I noticed
that the option "Delay in seconds between daemon self checks:" /
SelfCheck was set to 3600 but I had earlier set to 36010. Other than
thet, it looks verry good :)
I could reproduce this. For some reason, the configuration file is
updated during upgrade and this value is replaced. I'm going to look
into this further.
