I hear from a lot of different sources that PHP is the next "Big" thing. I have been using PHP myself for some pretty serious web application development for my current job for well over a year now. But my question is in searching for potential PHP related employment there isn't much of anything out there. So who is using PHP and why aren't they hiring?
