Looking for some insight into which is the best PDF library to use, commercial/non-commercial.
If possible I would like to be able to; * edit a PDF file, * use an existing PDF file to insert text into form fields, * create and fill PDF documents with form fields. Any advice as to which of the above is possible/not possible and if not any ways to *mimic* anything.
