[PHP-WIN] GD solutions

I am trying to get GD or imagemagick to work, but get 2 problems:   1st - GD (even in the binaries) must be compiled manually ( I have no compiler) 2nd- imagemagick can't be downloaded, all server hang if I try (!!!?)   Anyone have an idea how to get one of these?   THNX   Webmaster Baarnhosting.nl (http://www.baarnhosting.nl)
