check if you have libnnz10.so i had a similar problem but i am using the database software on the same machine, but php was installed with a package manager so i had to add the oci8 support manually afterwards, i used this paper to guide myself : http://en.opensuse.org/Howto_build_oci8_extension_module_for_php
