Just try enabling a different module and see if that complains. Then you will know where the problem is.
The 'security' stuff should not be coming in, since \ext\ is below \php in the tree, but you may have 'upset' permissions.
I don't use MySQL, but a installed Firebird works fine with the settings you have listed - it's all I change in php.ini

Well, i've already tried other modules. That's why i'm saying, php can't load any modules.

OK that was not clear ;)

What do you mean with permissions? I'm using Windows not Linux.

You list c:\PHP5 as the base directory, and \ext should be below that.
In file manager you should be able to right click on the PHP5 directory and select 'properties', the security tab should say 'Full Access to Everyone', and the same with the \ext sub directory.
The files should be visible in the sub-directory.

We can rule out php.ini in the right place, because if it was not you could not select a module ;) but you could try copying 'php.ini-dist' to c:\<windows>\php.ini and start again.

Only time I had a problem was with PHP4, PHP5 has always worked out of the box :)
