Sounds like this may be PHP5 RC1 specific. I'm afraid I have not used that version.i just copied the 3 lines from the install.txt and commented the add module out (#)
when I start the service, I get an abnormal programm termination (no apache error msg, no error msg in log, no syntax error in conf file, just a crash)
with apache 2.0.49 it works w/o any problems... -> other php versions are running normal... just the php5 rc1 windows binary from the zip package...
