[PHP-INSTALL] PHP5 RC1 as module, Apache 1.3.29, Crash on Apache-Service Start (Windows 2000)

Hi,

I configurated my apache to run php5 as module.
when I'm starting the apache service (net start apache) on windows 2000,
apache crashes..

any ideas?
