[PHP-INST] Apache2.0.43 + Solaris 8

Hello,
 
I am trying hard to install Apache2.0.43 on Solaris 8, did not find much
problems with configuration, path and LD_LIBRARY_PATH updates, but when I
start apachectl, I keep getting the following error :
 
Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address 150.10.128.1:80
no listening sockets vailable, shutting down
Unable to open logs
 
Anyone could help me on this ?
