Yes it's absolutely correct. To check that, I tried with another Previous installation of PHP and Apache for win32 and not for cygwin. It worked fine. But, when I am trying with this new build of apache and Php it doesn't work !! Note that the gmp functions work fine, regardless Of the mysql.
