[PHP-INST] libphp4.so nowhere to be found

OK, it's just that everyone I asked told me to compile apache before
php. Your answer worked :))

The problem is that I restarted the server and it still doesn't process
php properly, and libphp4.so which should apparently be in the modules
directory is nowhere to be found.

All suggestions welcome
