[PHP] ftp_ssl_connect

Hello,
I try it again ...
is anybody here who can tell me how to use the ftp_ssl_connect function in 4.3?
Has anybody a sample code in which the use uf the openSSL functions are declared?
rtfm does not help here, because I do read for days now.
