I switched to Aletia in April I believe, and have been pleased. I asked for pdflib to be compiled on the server my site is on (stingray), and they did. It took about 3 days. My server has been up for 52 days 15 minutes, so that is good...however, 2 times in the last 6 months I have been denied access because the server had run out of harddrive space...It seemed like the matter was taken care of relatively promptly though.
All in all, Aletia is good bang for the buck.
